Powerful Software Components
The Nanosurf easyScan 2 control software is identical for all easyScan 2 scan heads (STM, AFM, and FlexAFM) and features automatic scan head type and installed hardware module recognition. Three user interface levels guarantee easy instrument handling and full measurement control for any user — beginners and experts alike.
As of version 2.0, Lithography is included in the improved easyScan 2 controller software! Freehand drawing and direct manipulation modes are available for free, and allow all customers to obtain first-hand experience with Lithography. Professional applications will require the Lithography Option, which comes at an exceptionally attractive price.
In addition to the Lithography Option, we offer two additional software packages to augment your possibilities: the Nanosurf Scripting Interface and the Nanosurf Report software. Adding these software modules to the basic easyScan 2 software opens up many powerful measurement and analysis possibilities, including customized functions and automation.
