After a sweat-inducing day of assembling the large system (see photo gallery below), our team is ready to welcome you to our booth and give you a demonstration of the Alphacen 300's capabilities. It is Nanosurf's first standard AFM system suitable for samples up to 45 kg in weight, and a fully accessible 300 mm x 300 mm sample stage. It can also run fully automated measurement series, making it the perfect choice for industry applications and quality control purposes.
