The Nanosurf Small Sample Heater and Temperature Controller are now available in a single package at 50% of the regular end user price.
The system provides a convenient way to control the temperature of your AFM samples before or during measurements. The sample heater replaces the sample holder as the sample mount and allows heating of samples from room temperature up to 120°C.
The temperature can be set manually on the controller, or via the supplied PC software (USB connection required). Temperature setpoints, temperature ramps and temperature cycles can also be programmed into the controller.
