The CoreAFM platform is a customizable AFM with up to 32 different AFM techniques as comprehensive modes. Users may individualize their research-level AFM with a “build your own” approach to configure capabilities from the basic to most advanced AFM methods, as determined by their needs. The intuitive, user-friendly customization process begins with a core system of modes that allows additional functionality through progressive layers. Available “mode kits” for each mode include samples, cantilevers, and accessories needed to get the user up and running as quickly as possible.
