Nanosurf Expands: New Cleanroom Assembly Facility

In response to the company’s rapid growth and the increasing demand for large industrial metrology tools, particularly from the semiconductor industry, Nanosurf is thrilled to announce the inauguration of a new manufacturing facility in Pratteln. Conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the Liestal headquarters, this expansion underscores Nanosurf's commitment to innovation and excellence in the field of specialized industrial metrology tools.

The new facility boasts state-of-the-art features tailored to meet the intricate requirements of advanced metrology tool manufacturing:

  • Cleanroom Environment: Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and contamination control, vital for precision instruments.
  • Low Vibration Floor: A critical feature for the accurate functioning and testing of atomic force microscope systems.
  • Heavy Load Capacity: The facility is equipped to handle equipment weighing up to 10 tons, with a dedicated ramp for easy access and transportation.
  • Spacious Layout: With a generous space of 300m2, the site is designed to accommodate the production of large-scale industrial tools.
